We are extremely data driven when crafting a pricing strategy, never relying on intuition. We aggregate and review all recent relevant active, in contract, and closed sales, and work with you to arrive at a smart listing price for your market and asset.

Getting Ready

We advise on staging and work to be done pre-launch, if needed. We then commission professional photography and have a clean, modern floor plan created. As a final step for the webpage, we have our copywriter craft a compelling write-up of the property.

Marketing Plan

We’ll create an effective and far-reaching paid marketing campaign, incorporating social media ads, beautiful collateral material, and targeted print, postal and email campaigns. If suitable, we’ll have a professional videographer shoot a high end property video. We will also leverage our extensive industry contacts through direct outreach.


Your listing will be shared via RLS, NYC’s version of the MLS. It will appear across all the major aggregators (StreetEasy, Zillow, Trulia, etc.) and will be picked up by partner websites nationally and internationally, to cast the widest net possible.


We personally conduct each showing, broker open house, and public open house, and deliver feedback to you promptly so that we can effectively strategize together in real time.


We negotiate with all interested parties, review offer terms with you, and advise on best next steps. A transaction summary, prepared by us, is sent to both attorneys to aid in contract preparation. We then work with all parties towards a signed contract.

Finish Line

We oversee the appraisal, any inspections, the final walk through, and the closing schedule. Then we meet at the closing table, you hand over the keys, and after- we celebrate!
